During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, in order to achieve its carbon peaking and neutrality goals, China will construct Zero-waste Cities in 100 prefecture-level cities to synergise the reduction of pollution and carbon emission.
With the theme of "Constructing China’s Zero-waste Cities under the 14th Five-Year Plan - Challenges and Opportunities", speakers from China’s Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Basel Convention Regional Centre for Asia and the Pacific, and selected Zero-waste cities will share the emerging opportunities that the environmental services industry can leverage under the Zero-waste cities initiative in the 14th FYIP.
Supported by CleanEnviro Summit Singapore, the virtual China Business Forum will be held on 20 April 2022, 9am – 11.10am, via Zoom.
