Gayle is Director (Planning) at the National Climate Change Secretariat (NCCS), under the Strategy Group in the Prime Minister’s Office. She oversees strategic planning, economic research, and climate change science and technology. Prior to her current role, Gayle has held positions in PSD, MCCY and MTI, and was most recently Strategy & Growth Editor at The Business Times.
