Tada is the Head, Waste–to–Energy Business Unit in Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.  Under his portfolio, Tada oversees the management, implementation, and development of Waste-to-Energy business in the Asia Pacific region. Serving concurrently as the Director for TuasOne Pte. Ltd., Tada also manages the operations of the Special Purpose Company. 

Based in Singapore, Tada has over 20 years of experience in business development for MHI’s project with a keen focus on the Environmental and Chemical Engineering domain. Tada joined MHI in 2000, where he started his career at the Yokohama Dockyard & Machinery Works. In his career, Tada had the opportunity to develop sales for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Environmental & Chemical Engineering Co., (MHIEC) in East Asia and Middle East markets, including South Korea, People’s Republic of China, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). In 2018, Tada assumed the position of Director in Kouza Eco-Creation Ltd, which serves as a Special Purpose Company for the maintenance of Kouza Waste-to-Energy facility and concurrently, served as Deputy General Manager in the International Business Group in MHIEC.

Under his management, Tada led the team in conducting market research and business development focusing on Asian markets including Singapore, Indonesia, People’s Republic of China and South Korea. In 2020, Tada was appointed General Manager for Waste-to-Energy Business Unit in Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. In this role, Tada leveraged on his global experience and played a key role in the development of the Tuas 6th Waste-to-Energy Project to drive the company’s commitment towards achieving carbon neutral solutions.

Tada graduated from Osaka University with a Bachelor of Economics degree.
