Shohei Hashimoto is a young talented leader in environmental engineering and management, currently serving as the Head of Department at TIW & RCY. His academic journey includes a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Kyoto University, attained in 2016, marking his commitment to advancing knowledge in critical areas like incineration, wastewater treatment, Hydrofluoric acid (HF), and hazardous waste management. 

Hashimoto's professional trajectory began as a Process Engineer at DOWA ECO-SYSTEM SANYO from 2016 to 2019, where he immersed himself in the intricacies of waste processing and environmental solutions. His tenure at DOWA laid the groundwork for his subsequent role as the Senior Technical Manager at Modern Asia Environmental Holdings Pte Ltd (MAEH) starting in 2020. 

At MAEH, Hashimoto has been a driving force behind transformative initiatives that have garnered industry recognition. His expertise extends beyond technical prowess; he is a catalyst for innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Under his guidance, MAEH achieved a significant milestone in recycling Hydrofluoric Acid (HF), extracting 97% Calcium Fluoride (CF) and reducing landfill waste by 1,200 metric tons annually. 

Furthermore, Hashimoto is spearheading MAEH's plant expansion project, focusing on recycling Nickel, Copper, and Tin while modernizing the incinerator plant for increased efficiency and sustainability. His approach encompasses meticulous planning, rigorous adherence to regulations, cost-effective strategies, and stringent quality control measures to ensure optimal outcomes.
